You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AfterQuery and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Any data or materials you provide to us remain your property, subject to the licenses granted to us necessary to provide our services
Payment Terms
Fees for our services will be specified in separate agreements or order forms.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our service.
Limitation of Liability
AfterQuery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Governing Law
