What kind of company data do you license?
Records of how teams actually work across their tools: email, chat, tickets, CRM, support, finance and more, usually over several years. Industry systems and legacy tools count too.
Does my company qualify?
We're most interested in established companies with several teams working across several systems, and a few years of history. Operating, winding-down and closed companies are all welcome.
What happens after I submit the form?
You'll get an email with our mutual NDA and a short questionnaire about your systems and teams. Rough answers are fine. We reply within three business days.
Do we have to share everything?
No. You decide the scope: which teams, which systems and which time window. Many partnerships start with one department.
Who sees our data?
Only the AfterQuery team working on your partnership, under NDA. Personal details are removed before anything is used in a product.
How do you protect personal and customer information?
Names, contact details and other identifiers are removed or replaced with consistent pseudonyms, customer identities are masked or excluded, and sensitive categories such as payroll, privileged legal material and credentials are never used. Every dataset is checked before delivery, including a re-identification test, because no process removes all risk on its own.
How is the price determined?
By depth, breadth and uniqueness: years of history, number of connected systems, the kind of work captured, and how hard it would be to recreate. We propose terms after reviewing a sample.
How long does it take?
Usually a few weeks from first form to signed agreement, depending on how quickly a sample can be shared and reviewed.
